We are just able to finish our first tour based on Collaber 1.0.4.
For all existing users can see what is up for release in 1.0.4. All changes to the GUI are clearly visible in the tour.
I am pleased to inform you that we are in the process of making Collaber more user friendly. Up to now we have been using interface similar to Eclipse.
But from next version(v1.0.4) we will be shipping Collaber with UI that looks like Groove. So Groove users will find it more easy to use Collaber.
Every “workspace” will have its own window. So all the tool in the workspace will be visible in that window itself.
No more confusion between “Contacts” and “Members”. Contacts will be visible in “Launchpad” and members will be visible in workspace window.
Same applies for chat view also. Every workspace window will have a chat view in it. It will be easy for users to send messages to space members.
New “Start Page” editor will show you all tools in the workspace in the workspace window. In future this page(tab) will display all the recent changes done in the workspace by other members.(may be in v1.0.5)
You can invite users using their e-mail address. So even those who are not using Collaber can be invited. The mail will contain instructions to download the Collaber and accept the space invitation.
We hope these new changes will be appreciated by you. Please let us know what else you are looking for in the Collaber. We want to drive all future development only based on the user recommendations.

Just now we have finished the testing with the File Sharing Space. Were able to fix lot of bugs in around 40hr of testing.
Provided network status in the status bar, which will help you identify if there is any problem with connecting to the relay or not.
We want to test more with the workspace for another two days. We will be able to release on Saturday.
Sorry for the delay in release of v1.0.2. We have done lot of changes to the core architecture which will make Collaber Spaces synchronize with the other member in all situations.
All the changes and testing is over for the Workspace and the Tools. We are at present working on File Sharing Space.
The testing of Relay Server is already done and it running already. People having v1.0.1 will still be able to use this server.
Our testing with the File Sharing Space will be over today. After that we will upload the new version.
We will still be continuing with the testing for another 1 or 2 days before making a public announcement about the release.
