File Sharing Space customization
Today while reading groove news groups I saw a post as follows..
> I am playing around with Groove and have a folder the has about 3GB if files. I do not need to sync all files in this folder but would only want to sync files from the past month. How can I do this?
That is very nice requirement. As far as I know groove do not support such customization.
We have decided to provide this functionality to the user. We will be providing an Extention Point for Filters to be added which can change the behaviour of File Syncronization. We will not be developing any such Filters by default.
But any java programmer with sufficient knowledge about extention points and eclipse can make such filter to do the above task. Not only this, they are free to change the behaviour in their required order.
